These Terms of Service govern your use of the Twin Forks AV LLC website and any services provided. By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to these terms.

Twin Forks AV LLC provides services including, but not limited to:

• Smart home automation (Lutron lighting, shades)
   
• AV systems, Sonos installation
   
• VOIP phone systems
   
• Security cameras & NVR installations
   
• Home/business networking and wiring
   

All service agreements are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes are provided based on customer requirements and are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required to begin work. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified.

Product warranties are honored through the manufacturers. Twin Forks AV provides a limited workmanship warranty for 12 months post-installation. We are not liable for damages caused by customer misuse, external conditions, or unauthorized modifications.

You agree not to misuse our website, including:

• Attempting unauthorized access
   
• Distributing malware or spam
   
• Copying site content without permission
   

All content on this website, including logos, text, and media, is owned by Twin Forks AV LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our services are primarily offered throughout Suffolk County, NY, including Wading River, Riverhead, and the surrounding Long Island communities.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of changes.
